Serger is an advanced server monitoring tool written in C# using .NET 9.0. The project consists of an open-source library available to developers and a proprietary GUI application built on the Avalonia framework.

The main purpose of the application is to provide reliable and efficient monitoring of server and service availability with instant notifications during outages.
